摘要
子宫腺肌症(AM)是一种常见的妇科良性疾病,其特征是子宫内膜(腺体及间质)浸入子宫肌层,伴周围肌细胞的炎症及肥大。研究表明子宫内膜细胞的异位侵袭、种植和转移是一个多阶段,多因素的复杂过程,并涉及多条信号通路的相互协调作用。笔者就与子宫腺肌症相关的信号通路如NF-κB、Wnt、TGF-β/Smad、PI3K/Akt、MAPK的研究进展作一综述。
Objective:As a prevalent benign gynecological condition, adenomyosis(AM) is characterized by the infiltration of endometrial tissues (stroma and glands) into the myometrium, causing myometrial inflammation and hypertrophy. According to recent studies, the invasion, plantation and metastasis of the ectopic endometrial cells is a multi-stage, multi-factor complex process, and involves multiple signals to the path between the coordinations with each other.This paper reviews the research progress of the adenomyosis-related signaling pathways, such as the NF- κB, Wnt, TGF- β/Smad, PI3K/Akt and MAPK.
