摘要
帕金森病是一种常见的神经退行性疾病,其病理特征为黑质纹状体多巴胺能神经元变性缺失和路易小体形成,目前PD的病因和发病机制仍未明确。已知在神经毒素诱导的PD模型中,发现线粒体形态结构紊乱、功能受损,线粒体氧化呼吸链复合物I活性降低,因此,线粒体功能障碍可能是导致多巴胺能神经元变性缺失的一个重要诱因。笔者就线粒体功能障碍与帕金森病的相互关系作一综述。
Objective:Parkinson's disease is a common neurodegenerative disease, which is characterized by loss of dopaminergic (DA) neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta and the formation of Lewy bodies.At present, the etiology and pathogenesis of PD are unclear yet. In the neurotoxin-induced PD models, mitochondrial morphological structure was found disordered and the function was impaired mitochondrial respiratory chain complex I activity decreased. Therefore, mitochondrial dysfunction may play a key role in Doparninergic neuron loss. This article reviews the correlations of mitochondrial dysfunction and Parkinson's disease
