摘要
为了改善银粒子在浆料中的分散稳定性,选用4种表面活性剂(聚乙烯醇、明胶、十二烷基硫酸钠、膨润土),考察超声分散时间和表面活性剂种类对浸渍银浆中银颗粒稳定性的影响,并阐述银粉在浆料中的分散机理。运用SEM,分析银粉在浆料中的微观组织形貌。实验结果表明:明胶、十二烷基硫酸钠能够增加浆料稳定性,15 h内的RSH约为8%,聚乙烯醇、膨润土能够加速浆料沉降,15 h内的RSH约为40%;4种分散剂对浆料稳定性的影响由强至弱的顺序为:十二烷基硫酸钠>明胶>膨润土>聚乙烯醇。
To improve the dispersing properties of sliver powders in solvent,the effects of four dispersants( PVA,Gelatin,SDS,Bentonite) on the stability of sliver suspension were studied. The influences of dispersing time and dispersant content on stability of sliver suspension were investigated,and the dispersing mechanism on dispersing properties of sliver suspension is researched.Scanning electron microscope( SEM) was used to characterize and analyze the microstructure of sliver particles. The experimental results show that the Gelatin,SDS can increase the stability of sliver suspension,and make sliver suspension keep RSH 10% within 15 hours. PVA,Bentonite can accelerate the sliver suspension settlement,and make sliver suspension keep RSH40% within 15hours; The sequence of effects of these four dispersants on the stability of sliver suspension is SDS Gelatin BentonitePVA. Among these four dispersants,Gelatin is the best one for the stability of sliver suspension.
