摘要
冲击式钻机是灌注桩基础施工的一种重要钻孔机械,它能适应各种不同地质情况。本文以老王冲大桥为工程背景,采用ANSYS LS-DYNA对老王冲大桥桩基冲击钻机冲击效应进行了仿真分析,计算得到了该桥附近天然气管道周围质点的位移、速度及加速度变化规律,评价了老王冲大桥桩基冲击钻施工中的冲击波对临近天然气管道的影响,为桩基冲击钻机施工提供了分析数据,并为附近天然气管道的安全使用提出了相应措施。
Impact drill which can adapt to different geological conditions is an important drilling machine of pile foundation construction. Taking the Laowangchong Bridge as an engineering background,shock effect simulation analysis for pile impact drills was completed by using ANSYS LS-DYNA. Variation characteristics of displacement,velocity and acceleration of the particles near the gas pipeline for the bridge were obtained. The effect on the shock wave from the impact of pile drilling construction of the Laowangchong Bridge near the gas pipeline was evaluated. It provides analytical data for the construction of a percussive drill pile,and the reasonable measure to the safety of nearby gas pipeline was proposed.
