摘要
介绍湘钢新3号高炉(1800m3)的设计特点和采用的新技术。湘钢新3号高炉设计时优化总图布置,最大限度保留旧有设施。高炉设计中采用紧凑节能环保型无中继站上料技术;串罐无料钟炉顶设备和精准炉料分布控制技术;复合全软水密闭循环冷却、铜冷却壁、薄壁内衬等综合高效长寿技术;高风温顶燃式热风炉,设计风温1250℃;平坦化出铁场、紧凑型环保底滤法渣处理工艺;高炉煤气全干法布袋除尘技术;设计了完备的自动化检测和控制系统以及环境除尘系统,使高炉生产实现了“高效、优质、低耗、长寿、环保”的目标。运行实践证明,所采用的新技术实用、可靠。
the design feature and new technologys are introduced which was adopted in the XISC new NO.3 B.F reconstruction. Optimizing general layout to maximize the retention of the old facilities .compact arrangement,energy saving and environment friendly no buffering hopper transfer technology was used; entirely compound closed loop soft water cooling system for blast proper and hot stove system,copper stave and thin refractory lining integrated high efficiency and long life technology was applied, high temperature BSIET top combustion hot stove was employed and the hot blast temperature will reach 1250~C;evenness casthouse platform,compact and environment friendly bottom filtering Slag treatment process, bag dedusting cleaning system for blast furnace gas were adopted; A perfect automatic detection and control system and environmental dust removal system are designed, the goal of "high efficiency,good quality, low consumption, long life, environmental friendly" are achieved in the blast furnace production. Operation practice has proved that the new technology is practical and reliable.
