摘要
对两种材料复合在一起进行挤压 ,挤压完成后除去填料从而形成深微孔的复合挤压新工艺进行室温物理模拟 ;采用上限元法对变形流动规律进行了定量分析 ;并在不锈钢高温挤压生产条件下进行验证 。
This paper studies the forming of deeper and smaller hole by combined extrusion way in room temperature.,and simulates the deformation process by means of the upper bound element method.Then the results are testified by high temperature combined extrusion for stainless steel.
