摘要
文章描述了一种艏侧推管端部外板外部船体的加强结构。艏侧推外部加强结构对应于船舶的艏侧推管开口的外部设置,艏侧推开口内设置有侧推管。该艏侧推外部加强结构包括包笼板和包围艏侧推开口,并与侧推管以及船舶的主船体外板焊接,形成一腔式密闭空间,并具有与船舶艏部流线型一致的光顺线型体外型;还包括过渡板和内部加强肋板等。该新型艏侧推外部加强结构可有效地降低艏侧推开口对船体结构的削弱。
The article shows a kind of external strengthen structure of bow thruster. The external strengthen structure corresponds to an external device of bow thruster opening. The thruster pipes are set in the opening. Encircling the bow thruster opening, the surrounded plates are welded with the shell plates of the main hull and the bow thruster pipe which is set in internal strengthening structure. A cavity enclosed space is formed with fairing shape consisting with bow of hull body lines. The transition plate and internal strengthening rib are also included. The new type of external strengthening structure can effectively reduce the weakening of the bow thruster opening to the hull structure strength.
