摘要
分析二手无线遥控抓斗在实船上应用的可行性,结合此设备涉及到的相关规范规则进行探讨,以及对设备液压系统的设计原理进行了解,与验船师、服务工程师进行深入沟通,提出满足入LR级的63 500 t散货船要求的设计方案,在这一过程中,针对其设计方案、商务合同、图纸以及对设备安装前的维修保养和实船安装进行总结归纳。文章通过对此设备的应用实例,为其它设备的类似情况打开先河,同时也提高企业的效益,降低了公司造船成本。
The paper analyzes the feasibility of application of second-hand wireless remote control grab on the new vessel. It discusses the equipment combining with the related rules and regulations. The principle of the grab hydraulic system design is known. Deep with surveyor and engineers are done. The design scheme of 63 500 t bulk carrier which meet the requirements of LR is put forward. During the process, the paper summarizes the design scheme, commercial contract and drawing, as well as the maintenance before installation and the installation on the real ship. Through the real example for the application of second-hand equipment, it offers reference for similar condition of other equipment. Besides, the company benefit is increased and the cost is reduced.
