小学教师群体女性化现象的思考--基于赣州市某县的调查 被引量:3

摘要 当前全球范围内呈现了小学教师群体女性化现象,且愈演愈烈,这对学生的健康成长、教学资源的合理分配、社会的和谐发展造成了一定的影响。以赣州市某县最大的两个镇A镇与B镇的所有小学教师为样本进行分析与探讨。研究调查表明,该县小学教师性别比例严重失调,城镇比乡村严重,小学比初中、高中严重,加入教师队伍的男性逐年减少,呈老龄化趋势,农村地区管理岗位中男教师占绝对比例。针对以上现状,就如何解决小学教师群体女性化提出了一些具体建议。 In recent years, there are more and more female teachers in primary and middle schools in China, and imbalance of the sex construction has become increasingly prominent. In order to realize the cause and the influence of this problem, and how to solve this it, I begin to carry out a series of empirical researches. The main object of study is Xingguo county in Ganzhou city, all primary school teachers are extracted from Xingguo County's two largest town which are Gaoxing and Butou. The relevant departments need to face the adverse effects of female primary school teachers structure, and proposes some suggestions to make policy.
