通过对一种小悬臂零件精冲加工的研究、实验及生产 ,讨论了该零件可能的精冲工艺方案 ,分析了各工艺方案的特点 ,提出了一种新颖的精冲加工方法 。

In this paper,we discussed several fine\|blanking process plans of a narrow cantilever part,based on all these discussions,a new fine\|blanking process plan is brought up,the presentation of this new process plan will do great benefit for the spread use of fine\|blanking technology.
