太平洋磷虾虾油提取工艺及其脂肪酸组成分析

摘要 以太平洋磷虾为原料,采用浸提法探讨太平洋磷虾虾油的最佳提取工艺,并对其脂肪酸组成进行了研究。正交试验结果表明,在提取溶剂为95%乙醇,提取温度60℃、提取时间6 h、料液比1∶9(g/mL)时,太平洋磷虾虾油的得率为22.74%。气相色谱分析太平洋磷虾虾油共含有12种脂肪酸,其中饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸含量分别为29.61%、54.60%,EPA、DHA含量高达29.97%。 The extraction of crawfish oil from Euphausia Pacifica was studied by organic solvent. The fatty acids were then analysed by GC. The optimum extraction condition by orthogonal test was as follows:extraction solvent 95%ethanol, 60℃extraction temperature , 6 hours extraction time and 1∶9 (g/mL)ratio of solid to liquid, the yield was 22.74%. GC results showed that the oil was mainly composed of 12 fatty acids. The saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acids were 29.61%,54.60%, respectively. The total percentage of EPA and DHA were 29.97%.
