绿色食品经济与农业可持续发展研究

Research on the Sustainable Development of Green Food Economy and Agriculture

我国经济目前已步入新常态,供给侧改革背景下我国农业生产也要求提高技术含量、产品质量和环保能力,社会人均收入的提高也使得消费者对于健康农业食品的需求有所增加,由此绿色食品经济目前面临着广阔的发展机遇。然而我国绿色食品产业目前还远不够成熟规范,主要体现在与可持续发展理念契合度不佳,尚难以满足市场对健康食品的需求,而且也缺乏高效整合产业链的绿色农业龙头企业。所以对于绿色食品经济与农业可持续发展进行研究有着提高我国绿色食品经济发展能力的现实意义。该文首先概述了绿色食品经济与农业可持续发展理论,分析了绿色食品经济可持续发展的关键因素,论述了我国绿色食品经济发展存在的问题,最后提出了我国绿色食品经济可持续发展的路径。

China＇s economy has entered the new normal, supply side reforms under the background of China＇s agricultural production also requires improve the technical content, product quality and the ability of environmental protection, the improvement of per capita income of social also makes consumer demand for healthy food and agriculture increased, thus green food economy is currently facing broad development opportunities. However the green food industry in our country is far from is not mature enough, mainly reflected in and the concept of sustainable development fit poorly, is still difficult to meet the demand of health food, but also the lack of efficient integration of industry chain of green agricultural leading enterprises. So the research on green food economy and sustainable development of agriculture has the practical significance to improve the economic development of China＇s green food. First of all, this article provides an overview of green food economy and agricultural sustainable development theory, analyzes the key factors in the sustainable development of green food economy, discusses the problems existed in the economic development of green food of our country, and the path is presented for sustainable development of green food economy in China.
