介绍抗生素类兽药残留的原因及危害,并讨论了磺胺类、氟喹诺酮类、四环素类、硝基呋喃类几种常见抗生素最新检测方法,最后对样品前处理和检测两个阶段的方法做出了总结及展望。

The cause and harm of Antibiotic residues of veterinary drugs were introduced. There are new detection methods of several common antibiotics, which contain sulfonamides, quinolones, tetracyclines, nitrofuran are also discussed. At last, the methods of sample pretreatment and detection are summarized and expected.
