氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合地衣芽孢杆菌治疗肠易激综合征的疗效评估

Evaluation of curative effect by flupenthixol melitracen combined with bacillus licheniformis in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

目的观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合地衣芽孢杆菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效。方法 80例腹泻型IBS患者随机分成联合治疗组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均口服地衣芽孢杆菌,联合治疗组加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,联合治疗组的总有效率92.5%明显高于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合地衣芽孢杆菌治疗腹泻型IBS疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe curative effect by flupenthixol melitracen combined with bacillus licheniformis in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）. Methods A total of 80 patients with diarrheic IBS were randomly divided into combined treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received bacillus licheniformis by oral administration, and the combined treatment group received additional flupenthixol melitracen. Clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the combined treatment group had obviously higher total effective rate as 92.5% than 65.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of flupenthixol melitracen and bacillus licheniformis provides precise effect in treating diarrheic IBS, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
