佐匹克隆与艾司唑仑治疗失眠的临床比较分析

Clinical comparative analysis of zopiclone and estazolam in the treatment of insomnia

目的探讨分析佐匹克隆与艾司唑仑治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法 120例失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组给予佐匹克隆治疗,对照组给予艾司唑仑治疗。评价两组治疗效果。结果治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评分与本组治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论佐匹克隆改善睡眠情况与艾司唑仑疗效一致,但不良反应较轻,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate clinical effects by zopiclone and estazolam in the treatment of insomnia. Methods A total of 120 insomnia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group received zopiclone for treatment, and the control group received estazolam for treatment. Curative effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results The treatment group had lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group（P〈0.05）. Both groups had statistically significant difference of self rating scale of sleep（SRSS） scores before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the difference of score between the treatment group and the control group had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of total effective rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Zopiclone provides similar effect in improving sleep quality as estazolam, while its adverse reactions are slighter. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
