摘要 随着工业生产工艺的改变及生产设备的更新,厂房吊车的升级已成为不可避免的生产需求,为确保安全生产,对此类厂房进行检测及可靠性分析是十分必要的。文章以某汽车企业车身厂冲焊联合厂房吊车升级改造为工程实例,根据《工业建筑可靠性鉴定标准》(GB 50144-2008)和现场检测结果 ,详细阐述了单层工业厂房吊车梁检测的内容和方法 ,并运用PKPM软件对结构进行了承载力分析,结果表明:该工程吊车梁的抗力效应比符合规范要求,委托方可根据需求进行吊车升级。 With the change of industrial production technology and update of production equipment, upgrade of crane has become an inevitable production requirement, in order to ensure safety in production, it's very necessary to make testing and reliability analysis for this kind of workshop. In this paper, a crane upgrade project of an automobile industry workshop as an example, according to the 〈Standard for appraisal of reliability of industrial buildings and structures〉 (GB 50144-2008) and the field test results, the content and method of single-layer workshop crane beam testing has been elaborated in detail, the structural bearing capacity was analyzed by using PKPM software, and the results show that: the resistance to load effect ratio of crane beam of this project was conform to the requirements of the specification, and the client could upgrade the crane according to the demand.
