某中心大跨度钢桁架施工阶段控制分析研究

摘要 某会展中心屋面为大跨度钢桁架结构,结构形式复杂桁架跨度大,施工难度大。根据结构形式特点,采用大型履带吊跨外安装,支撑胎架多段高空原位拼装方法进行屋面钢桁架的安装。介绍了钢结构屋面的施工过程,并采ANSYS软件对钢桁架屋面的施工过程进行计算分析,结果表明单榀桁架在吊装和卸载施工过程中结构应力、变形均能满足安全要求。 A large convention center roof is of long-span steel truss structure,there is great difficulty in construction because of the complex structure and the large-span truss. According to structure characteristics, the outer crane lifting method by large crawler crane was taken for the installation of the sky-high steel roof truss which was assembled in situ technique by the jig support. This paper introduces the construction process of the steel truss roof, and the calculation and analysis of the construction process by using the software ANSYS. The results show that the stress and deformation of the single truss can meet the safety requirements during the lifting and unloading construction process.
