摘要
文章对自制水性环氧乳液改性砂浆中一系列影响因素进行研究,结果表明:脱模后水性环氧改性砂浆在自然养护条件下3d中,然后置于养护室(湿度90%)中4d,最后置于自然养护中28d后,水性环氧乳液最佳添加比例为12%时,抗折强度,抗压强度分别为15.9MPa,78.4MPa;拉伸粘结强度达到了5.3MPa.获得最佳力学性能,自制水性环氧改性砂浆试样具有明显的增益效果。
In this paper, homemade waterborne epoxy emulsion modified mortar series of factors were studied, the results showed that: after releasing waterborne epoxy-modified mortar in natural curing for 3 days and then placed in curing room (90% humidity) in when four days, finally put nature conservation in 28 days, waterborne epoxy emulsion optimum addition ratio is 12%, flexural strength, compressive strength of 15.9MPa, 78.4MPa; tensile bond strength reaches 5.3MPa. optimum mechanical properties, homemade waterborne epoxy- modified mortar specimens with a significant gain results.
