摘要
利用六关节轴机器人抓取砂带磨削工具,对船舶锚链进行磨削工艺参数的研究.采用正交试验分析砂带速度、机器人的进给速度、磨削深度各磨削参数对锚链磨削过程中的影响,通过直观分析法选取最优的生产条件.试验结果表明:采用正交试验对机器人砂带磨削参数进行分析研究,能够有效提高工件表面质量以及延长砂带寿命.大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了工厂的自动化程度,对今后机器人砂带磨削参数优选具有一定的指导意义.
Study on grinding process parameters of six-axis axis robot grabbing abrasive belt grinding tool grinding vessel anchor chain.By using the orthogonal test analysis of belt speed,robot feed speed and grinding depth of grinding parameters on the grinding process of the chain effect,through direct analysis method to select the optimal production conditions.The test results show that:using orthogonal experiment research on the robot belt grinding parameters is analyzed,which can effectively improve the surface quality of the work-pieces and prolong the lifetime of the abrasive belt.This system greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers,improve the degree of automation of the factory which has certain guiding significance for future robotic abrasive belt grinding parameters optimization.
