摘要
利用稳定低氧的气流冲击研磨铍粉 ,研究了固溶处理对冷、热等静压铍材和真空热压铍材力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,无论是热压铍材还是等静压铍材 ,其固溶态力学性能均比压制态低 ;固溶时析出的Be2 SiO4导致BeO的聚集 ,同时 ,由于原料中铁含量较低 ,不能形成有效的固溶强化 ,是固溶态热压铍材力学性能降低的主要原因。
Effects of solid solution treatment on mechanical properties of the vacuum-hot-pressed(HP) beryllium material and the cold-hot-isostatic(HIP)beryllium material have been studied by impact grinding of the beryllium powders with stable low-oxygen air.It is shown that the mechanical properties of beryllium materials as solution are lower than that of as-pressed Be by both hot press and HIP.The lower mechanical property of solid-solution hot-pressed Be material is caused mainly by BeO aggregation due to Be 2SO 4 precipitate and also the lower Fe content in the feed,resulting in non-effective solid solution strengthening.
