“双一流”建设中地方高校学科发展的机遇与挑战——以外语学科为例

The Opportunities and Challenges of the Discipline Development of the Local Universities in the Construction of "Double First Class" ——a Case Study of a Foreign Language Discipline

"211工程""985工程"等战略促进了我国高等教育快速发展,但随着国家全面深化改革措施的实施,也逐渐暴露出准入机制单一、身份固化、资源浪费、院校竞争乏力、同质化等问题。2015年国务院正式颁布了《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》,方案重新激发了院校的竞争意识和内在动力。其中,作为高等教育主体的地方高校应该抓住机遇,优化和合理配置资源,凝练特色,努力建设一流学科。文章介绍了"双一流"建设中地方高校学科发展的机遇与挑战,并以外语学科为例说明建设的途径和方法。

'985 Project' and '211 Project' promotes the development of higher education in our country,but it also exposed single access mechanism,fixed identity,waste of resources,weak competition in the colleges and universities,homogenization problems gradually along with the implementation of national comprehensive deepening reform measures.Thus the State Council promulgated the ' overall plan to promote the development of the world's first class universities and first class discipline' which restimulate the competitive awareness and internal motivation of universties.As the main body of higher education,local colleges and universities should seize the opportunity,optimize the education resources,concise characteristics,strengthen the world-class universities and disciplines construction.This paper introduces the opportunities and challenges of the discipline development of local colleges and universities in the construction of 'Double First Class',and illustrates the ways and methods of construction in the case of foreign languages discipline.
