摘要
采用极图与取向分布函数 (ODF) ,并通过显微组织观察及显微硬度测试 ,研究分析了 90 %冷拉减面率的变形钽丝在 110 0℃、12 5 0℃、136 0℃、15 0 0℃下退火过程中的再结晶行为 ,提出了拉拔钽丝的再结晶模型。研究发现 :在低温退火后钽丝发生了强烈的回复 ;在 136 0℃退火后再结晶基本完成 ,出现了均匀的等轴状晶粒 ,再结晶织构 { 110 } <0 0 1>与变组织构 { 112 } <110 >之间存在 2 7° <110 >的关系 ;在 15 0 0℃退火后钽丝中发生了二次再结晶 ,品粒变得粗大 ,并出现了一种与原再结晶织构 { 110 } <0 0 1>呈 2 7° <110 >关系的再结晶织构组分 { 4 4 1} <110 >。钽丝的再结晶行为符合选择生长理论。
The recrystallization texture of tantalum wires at 1 100 ℃?1 250 ℃?1 360 ℃?1 500 ℃for 40min was investigated by ODF and the recrystallization mechanic was researched via microstructural and hardness tests.It was found that the recrystallization was completed and the fine grain appeared at 1 360 ℃,the texture component consisted of {110} <001> ,which had a 27°-<110>orientation relationship to the deformation textute {112}<110>.At 1 500 ℃,the exaggerated growth occurred,and a new texture{441}<110>with a 27°<110>orientation relationship to the primary texture{110}<001>was found.A recrystallization model of bcc metal was proposed to explain it.
