腮腺恶性肿瘤P53、P63表达关联及临床意义 被引量:3

THE EXPRESSION AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF P53 AND P63 PROTEIN IN PAROTID GLAND MALIGNANT TUMORS

摘要 目的:探讨P53、P63蛋白的表达与腮腺恶性肿瘤的发生发展,生物学行为的相关性。方法:收集内蒙古医科大学附属医院和青岛口腔医学院口腔颌面外科2006~2016年腮腺恶性肿瘤癌以及癌旁组织存档蜡块标本40例。标本经资深病理专家确诊,并具有完整的临床资料,证实术前均未经放化疗。采用免疫组化S-P法检测P53、P63蛋白的表达,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析,应用X^2检验,P〈O.05具有显著性差异,有统计学意义。结果:1.P53蛋白在腮腺恶性肿瘤癌组织中的表达均高于癌旁组织,两者有显著性差异(P〈O.05),其表达与恶性度有关,而与病人性别,年龄,淋巴结转移无关。2.P63蛋白在腮腺恶性肿瘤癌组织中的表达均高于癌旁组织,两者有显著性差异(P〈O.05),其表达与病人性别,年龄,淋巴结转移,恶性度无关。3.腮腺恶性肿瘤的癌组织中P53、P63蛋白的表达互相间无显著性差异(P〉O.05)。结论:P53、P63蛋白在腮腺恶性肿瘤病人癌组织中呈高表达,P53蛋白表达并与生物学行为有关。P=53、P63蛋白有可能在腮腺恶性肿瘤的发生过程中发挥一定的作用,对腮腺恶性肿瘤的诊断可提供重要参考价值。 Objective:To discuss the correlation between expression of P53 ,P63 protein and the genesis, development and biological behavior of parotid gland malignant tumors. Methods:40patients pathologically confirmed parotid gland malignant tumors were collected in two institutes in the decade to2010. The cases were confirmed with no chemoradiotherapy before operation. Expression of P53,P63 were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Statistical analysis was performed using the chi- square test. Results:P53 and P63 protein were higher expressed in parotid gland malignant tumor than in para-carcinoma tissues with significant, difference. The expression of P53 protein was associated with the degree of malignancy, but not with gender, age difference among expression of P53, P63 protein in or lymphatic metastasis. There was no significant malignant parotid gland tumors( P〉0.05 ). In the follow-up, only one patient died of colon cancer. Conclusion: P53 and P63 protein were highly expressed in these cases, the expression of P53 protein was correlated with biological behavior of parotid gland malignant tumor. P53 and P63 protein may play a certain role in genesis and development of parotid gland malignant tumor, and provide an important reference for clinical diagnosis value.
