摘要
目的:了解呼和浩特城乡0~3岁儿童血液中的微量元素和血红蛋白水平。方法:于2013-01~2013-12对呼和浩特市城乡幼儿园829例0~3岁儿童体检采取整群抽样调查。结果:829例不同年龄儿童全血中5种微量元素中Ca,Mg,Cu的含量及血红蛋白的含量,经统计分析无明显差异性(P>0.05);而不同年龄儿童全血中Zn,Fe的含量比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。829例不同年龄儿童贫血的发生情况经统计学分析,有明显差异性(P<0.01)。结论:加强本地区城乡儿童微量元素和血红蛋白的检测,及时给予针对性的营养及饮食结构调节,对预防疾病及促进儿童健康成长具有重要意义。
Objective: To understand the levels of trace element and hemoglobin in urban and rural Hohhot 0-3 years old children' s blood. Methods: A cluster sample survey of urban and rural kindergarten in Hohhot 829 children aged 0-3 examination. Results:829cases of 5 trace elements in whole blood of children of different ages in the Ca, Mg, Cu content and the content of hemoglobin, statistically non significant differences(P〉O. 05 )and children of different ages compared to the overall content of Zn and Fe in the blood,there was a significant difference(P〈0.01 ). 829cases of statistical analysis of the incidence of anemia in children of different ages, there is a clear difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Enhanced detection of trace and hemoglobin in children, targeted nutrition and diet regulation in a timely manner, which is i^rnportant for preventing disease and promoting the healthy growth of children.
