摘要
目的：建立高效液相法测定复方舒霜中醋酸曲安奈德的含量方法。方法：采用资生堂CAPCELLPAKC18色谱柱；以甲醇一水（70：30）为流动相；流速1．0mL／min；柱温：25℃；检测波长：240nm，等度洗脱。结果：醋酸曲安奈德的线性范围为10-50μg／mL（r=0．9991，／Z=5），平均回收率为101．3％，RSD为0．9％。结论：该方法可用于复方舒霜中醋酸曲安奈德的含量测定；舒霜不同批次问含醋酸曲安奈德量不存在较大差畀。
Objective ： To establish a method for determination of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in compound Shushuang. by HPLC. Methods：The analysis was performed on a Shiseido-CAPCELL PAK C 18 colum ; The mobile phase was methanods - water （ 70 ： 30 ） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min ; The detective wave was 290nm and the colummn temperature was25℃. Results： The Liner range of triamcinolone acetonide acetate wasl0 - 50μg/mL （ r = 0.9991, n = 5 ）, with average recovery of 101.3% and RSD were 0.9%. Conclusion： The method can be used the quality control of triamcinolone acetonide in compound Shushuang. There is significant different among the content of tri- amcinolone acetonide acetate in compound Shushuang.
