Cause Analysis and Treatment of Early Stage Cracks on Concrete Structure

裂缝是影响混凝土结构适用性的重要问题。文章通过一个典型工程实例,针对目前实际工程中设置后浇带存在的不足,研究了包括混凝土浇筑方案、养护方法、原材料选择在内的裂缝控制措施。通过裂缝控制理论分析了设置后浇带的混凝土结构的开裂原因。在此基础上,提出了混凝土早期裂缝的处理与控制措施。

Crack is one of the most important problems for the serviceability of concrete structures. By a typical engineering example, the cracks control measures of concrete pouring scheme, concrete curing, raw material selection were studied for the lack of installation of post-pouring strip in practical engineering in this paper.With the crack control theory, crack cause of concrete structure with post-pouring strip was analyzed.
