Exploration into the Problems of Deviation Reviews in Computer-assisted Putonghua Proficiency Test

计算机辅助普通话水平测试(以下简称"机辅测试")试点至今已近10年,偏差复审从国家层面未提出明确要求,是到了应该提出国家标准的时候了。着重从三组实验数据入手分析偏差复审组织实施的几种可能性,指出实验三"先设置分差3.1~40分,再设置一级临界线下1.5分以内、二级临界线上下1.5分以内初评差异2分以上"是值得推广的机辅测试偏差复审的较好方案,并强调应加强对测试站和测试员的指导监督与培训考核。

It has been nearly ten years since Computer-assisted Putonghua Proficiency Test （hereinafter referred to computer-assisted test） was put into effect. Explicit requirements has never been made for deviation reviews from the national level. Therefore, it is the time to propose the national standards. The paper analyzes several possible implementation plans for deviation reviews basing on the three sets of experimental data, and concludes that Experiment Three which first sets the score of 3.1 to 40 points, and then set a critical line of 1.5 points or less, the second critical line of 1.5 points or less and the initial assessment difference of 2 points or more is the better proposal for deviation reviews in computer-assisted test which is worth promoting. The paper also emphasizes the need for strengthening on the supervision and training assessment of test stations and testers.
