摘要
大学生在大学期间学习投入的状态、学习策略的使用、专业承诺训练与培养更能反映大学生在大学的学习过程。逐步分析和复回归分析法的研究结果表明专业承诺中的情感承诺对学习投入具有显著预测力,学习策略以及资源管理策略对学习投入具有显著预测力。协方差结构模型检验假设成立,这表明情感承诺通过资源管理策略对学习投入有一定的预测作用。据此,加强院校研究及院校文化氛围营造、提高学生学习投入程度,改善学生学习策略的使用状况,大学生在入学前应该慎重选择专业,对今后的大学学习状态与职业规划有促进作用。
The learning process of college students in university can be better reflected by the state conditions of learning engagement, the use of learning strategies, the professional commitment and the training of college students. With correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis and covariance structure model on the analysis of a questionnaire survey of 283 college students in a comprehensive university, the author explores the relationship between learning engagement, professional commitment and learning strategies to make related assumptions. The result of analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis shows that emotional commitment in professional commitments, learning strategies and resource management strategies have significantly predictive power on college students ' learning engagement. The covariance structure model has proved the hypothesis, which states emotional commitment has significantly predictive power on learning through resource management strategies. As a result, on one hand, universities and colleges should strengthen the cultural atmosphere in campus to increase students' learning enthusiasm, and to improve the involvement of learning strategies while students' are learning; on the other hand, students should choose their majors carefully being enrolled, all of which will promote their future study at university and career planning.
