摘要
用数值模拟的方法对连铸结晶器内钢液的流动和传热过程进行研究,是近年来该学科发展的前沿领域,其目的是掌握结晶器内钢液流动的特点和凝固壳分布情况,为生卢过程控制、结晶器设计提供可靠的理论依据。在结晶器三维流场数值模拟走向成熟的同时,对传热过程的数值计算仍然是该领域的难点和重点。
Research on the behavior of the flow and heat flow in the continuous casting mould by using mathematical model plays an important role in the study of the fields. Development for these years was summarized in this paper. Before 3-dimensional mathematical models become more precise, a lot of great efforts should have been done for heat flow distribution.
