毫火针联合紫铜消白片治疗局限型白癜风60例临床观察

Clinical effect of milli-fire needle combined with Zitong Xiaobai tablets in treatment of localized vitiligo: an analysis of 60 cases

目的:观察毫火针联合紫铜消白片治疗局限型白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将局限型白癜风患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组予毫火针治疗并内服紫铜消白片,对照组予内服紫铜消白片,并予窄谱UVB照射治疗,两组疗程均为3个月。结果:总有效率治疗组为76.7%,对照组为61.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中四肢部有效率显著优于躯干部和头面部,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组起效时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:毫火针联合紫铜消白片治疗白癜风疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and safety of millifire needle combined with Zitong Xiaobai tablets in the treatment of localized vitiligo. Methods：A total of 120 patients with localized vitiligo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given milli - fire needle combined with oral Zitong Xiaobai tablets, and those in the control group were given oral Zitong Xiaobai tablets and narrow - spectrum UVB irradiation. The course of treatment was 3 months for both groups.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group （76.7% vs 61.7 %, P 〈 0.05 ）. In the treatment group, the response rate of the extremities was significantly higher than that of the trunk and the head and face （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The treatment group had a significantly shorter onset time than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Milli-fire needle combined with Zitong Xiaobai tablets has a good clinical effect in the treatment of vitiligo and holds promise for clinical application.
