补阳还五汤对兔脑脊液漏模型VEGF表达的影响

Effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in a rabbit model of cerebrospinal fluid leak

目的:观察补阳还五汤对兔脑脊液漏模型VEGF表达的影响。方法:选择清洁级成年大耳白兔共30只,采用随机数字表法分为假手术组、模型对照组和补阳还五汤组各10只,对模型对照组和补阳还五汤组制备脑脊液漏模型,补阳还五汤组予补阳还五汤灌胃,剂量6.67g/Kg,其余两组予等剂量0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃。在灌胃第7天、第14天时,各组分别随机选取5只实验兔,手术取出脊膜切口部位血肿机化物,采用免疫组织化学法检测VEGF表达,并进行比较。结果:与假手术组及模型对照组比较,灌胃第7天、第14天补阳还五汤组VEGF表达均明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤可增加兔脑脊液漏模型局部VEGF的表达,促进脊膜损伤部位愈合。

Objective ：To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in a rabbit model of cerebrospinal fluid leak. Methods：A total of 30 clean aduh white rabbits were randomly divided into shamoperation group, model control group, and Buyang Huanwu decoction group using a random number table, with 10 rabbits in each group. The rabbits in the model control group and the Buyang Huanwu decoction group were used to establish a model of cerebrospinal fluid leak. The rabbits in the Buyang Huanwu decoction group were given Buyang Huanwu decoction at a dose of 6. 67 g/kgby garage, and those in the other two groups were given 0. 9% sodium chloride injection at the same dose by garage. On days 7 and 14 of gavage,5 rabbits were randomly selected from each group, surgeries were performed to collect the hematoma tissue at the incision of the cerebrospinal membrane, and immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of VEGF. The results were compared between groups. Results：Compared with the sham -operation group and the model control group,the Buyang Huanwu decoction group had a significant increase in the expression of VEGF on days 7 and 14 of gavage （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Buyang Huanwu decoction can increase the local expression of VEGF in rabbits with cerebrospinal fluid leak and promote the healing of cerebrospinal membrane injury.
