慈菇消脂胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病痰湿内阻证90例临床观察

Cigu Xiaozhi capsule in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver of phlegmy wet resistance type

[目的]以非酒精性脂肪肝痰湿内阻证患者为研究对象,从中医症状积分、血脂水平、肝功能、肝脏B超、胰岛素抵抗指数等指标来对比慈菇消脂胶囊与易善复的临床疗效,并探讨其可能的作用机制。[方法]收集符合诊断标准与纳入标准的非酒精性脂肪肝患者90例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予慈菇消脂胶囊,一日3次,每次4粒;对照组给予易善复(多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊),一日3次,每次2片。2组疗程均为8周。观察2组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、血脂、肝功能、肝脏B超、胰岛素抵抗指数指标情况。[结果]慈菇消脂胶囊治疗组与易善复对照组均能减轻患者临床症状(P<0.05~0.01),在改善临床症状总积分值较对照组有明显优势(P<0.01)。2组药物有不同程度改善各实验室指标(P<0.05)作用,但慈菇消脂胶囊在降低甘油三酯(TG)、升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平,改善谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)及肝脏B超方面较对照组具有显著优势(P<0.01)。慈菇消脂胶囊组临床总有效率达到93.02%,显著优于对照组的68.18%(P<0.01)。[结论]慈菇消脂胶囊能较好减轻非酒精性脂肪肝患者临床症状、减少体质指数、降低胰岛素抵抗,改善肝功能、纠正脂质代谢紊乱,改善肝脏影像学变化,对非酒精性脂肪肝痰湿内阻证具有较好的治疗效果。

[Objective]Compared the clinical curative effect of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine and the Cigu Xiaozhi capsule in patients with phlegmy wet resistance of nonalcoholic fatty liver syndrome by observing the traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,lipid levels,liver function and type-B ultrasonic of liver.[Methods]Ninety patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were collected conforming to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was given Cigu Xiaozhi capsule,3times a day,each time four pieces;Control group was given Polyene Phosphatidylcholine（polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule）,3times a day,each time 2slices.Two groups of patients were treated for 8weeks.The symptoms integral,blood lipid,liver function and type-B ultrasonic of liver,insulin resistance index indicators of two groups were observed before and after treatment of TCM.[Results]Both treatment and control group could reduce the patientsclinical symptoms（P〈0.05-0.01）,however,compared with control group the total integral value in improving clinical symp-toms of treatment group had significantly advantages（P〈0.01）.Two groups of drugs improved the laboratory indexs at different levels（P〈0.05）.While compared with control group the Cigu Xiaozhi capsule had significant advantages in reducing higher triglyceride（TG）,elevating high-density lipoprotein（HDL-C）levels,improving the alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）and type-B ultrasonic of liver（P〈0.01）.The total effective rate of Cigu Xiaozhi capsule group reached 93.02%,significantly better than that of control group 68.18%（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The Cigu Xiaozhi capsule can alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the body mass index,reduce insulin resistance,improve liver function,correct lipid metabolic disorder,and improve liver imaging changes of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.It has a better therapeutic effect in patients with phlegmy wet resistance of nonalcoholic fatty liver syndrome.
