依帕司他对2型糖尿病血清胃泌素和胃动素的影响以及胃轻瘫的治疗作用

Effect of epalrestat on serum gastrin and somatostatin and its therapeutic effect on gastric paralysis in type 2 diabetes mellitus

[目的]观察依帕司他联合莫沙必利对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并胃轻瘫患者胃泌素和胃动素的影响,以及其临床疗效和使用安全性。[方法]选取我院2014年3月~2016年2月收治的T2DM伴发胃轻瘫患者84例,84例患者随机分为莫沙必利对照组和依帕司他联合莫沙必利治疗观察组,每组42人。检测两组治疗前后胃排空时间、胃泌素和胃动素的变化,比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。[结果]对照组和观察组治疗前液相GET1/2、固相GET1/2、胃泌素和胃动素无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后2组上述指标均显著减低(P<0.05或P<0.01),但观察组对液相GET1/2、固相GET1/2、胃泌素和胃动素的减低作用显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗有效率为90.5%(38/42),显著高于对照组的76.2%(32/42)(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为11.9%(5/42),对照组不良反应发生率为9.5%(4/42),治疗期间两组临床不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]依帕司他联合莫沙必利可以显著改善糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃动力,临床疗效显著,使用安全。

[Objective]To detect the effect of epalrestat combined with mosaprideon on serum gastrin and somatostatin and its therapeutic effect on gastric paralysis in type 2diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.[Methods]A total of 84 diabetic gastroparesis patients were enrolled in this study.Patients were randomly divided into：mosaprideon control group（n=42）and epalrestat combined with mosaprideon observation group（n=42）.The liquid GET1/2,solid GET1/2,GSA and MTL were detected.The clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared.[Results]No significant difference was found about liquid GET1/2,solid GET1/2,GSA and MTL between the two groups（P〉0.05）before treatment.Liquid GET1/2,solid GET1/2,GSA and MTL in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively（P〈0.05）after treatment.The clinical effective rate was 90.5%（38/42）in observation group,which was significantly higher than that of 76.2%（32/42）in control group（P〈0.05）.The rate of adverse reactions was 11.9%（5/42）in observation group,and 9.5%（4/42）in control group（P〉0.05）.[Conclusion]Epalrestat combined with mosaprideon can significantly improve the gastric power,which is effective and safety for diabetic gastroparesis patients.
