美沙拉嗪与丹参注射液联合用于UC治疗及对患者炎性因子与凝血指标的影响

Study on clinical effect of Mesalazine combined with Danshen injection for treatment of ulcerative colitis and influences of on inflammatory factors and coagulation parameters

[目的]探讨美沙拉嗪联合丹参注射液治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效及对患者炎性因子与凝血指标的影响。[方法]选取我院2014年7月~2015年7月符合入选标准的UC患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例;对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组给药的基础上加用丹参注射液静滴治疗,疗程均为30d,治疗结束后比较2组患者临床疗效、炎性因子及凝血指标。[结果]经过治疗,观察组患者的临床有效率明显高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8等3种炎性因子水平较治疗前均有不同程度的下降;与对照组相比,观察组患者上述3种炎性因子水平下降显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的FIB、PLT及MPV水平较治疗前均有不同程度的变化;与对照组比较,观察组患者FIB和PLT水平下降显著,MPV水平增加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,2组患者均观察到不良反应,但程度轻微。[结论]美沙拉嗪联合丹参注射液能减轻UC患者炎性反应,降低血液高凝状态,提高临床治疗效果,且不良反应轻微,值得在临床上进一步研究及推广使用。

[Objective]To investigate the clinical effects of Mesalazine combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of ulcerative colitis（UC）and its effects on inflammatory factors and coagulation parameters.[Methods]120patients met the inclusion criteria with UC were selected in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015,and they were randomly divided into two groups：the observation group（n=60）and the control group（n=60）.Besides conventional treatments,the control group was additionally given mesalazine,while the observation group was additionally given mesalazine in combination with Danshen injection.All patients were treated for 30 days,the clinical effects,levels of inflammatory factors and coagulation parameters,recurrence rates of UC,and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.[Results]After the treatment,the total response rate of the observation group was statistically higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate is lower,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The TNF-α,IL-6and IL-8levels had varying degrees of decline in both groups;in the observation group,these inflammatory factor levels decreased significantly compared with the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group after treatment,FIB,PLT and MPV levels haddifferent degrees of change,FIB and PLT levels decreased significantly,MPV level were significantly increased,and the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.During the treatment,both groups were observed adverse slight reaction.[Conclusion]Mesalazine combined with Danshen injection for the treatment of UC can reduce the inflammatory reaction of UC patients,reduce the high blood coagulation state,improve the clinical treatment effect,and the adverse reactions are mild,so it is worth to further study and promote in clinical.
