Construction of broadcast media system by making use of television media system

通过探索性实践,介绍了一种利用电视媒资系统,建设广播媒资的创新思路和设计方法。此方式只需投入较少成本,改造广播音频网的收录系统,升级电视媒资的部分服务,便可实现广播网与电视网间异构系统的互联,完成了广播资料的归档和再利用,促进了广播电视内容资源的整合和共享,并且对于已建成电视媒体系统,又有广播资料归档要求的电台电视台有较高的借鉴应用价值。

Combined with exploratory practice, innovative ideas is introduced and method is designed using television media resource system, the construction of the broadcast media resource system is financed. This way can realize heterogeneous system interconnection with broadcast network and television network, by investing less cost, transforming slow recording system for broadcast, and upgrading some service of television media resource system. The application not only completes the archiving and reuse of broadcast data, but also promotes the integration and sharing for broadcast and television content resources. And it has a high reference value for the radio and television stations which have been built in the television media system, and also has the broadcasting data archive.
