摘要
目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平与认知功能的相关性。方法对33例OSAHS患者(OSAHS组)和25例健康志愿者(对照组)分别进行多导睡眠监测(PSG),采用一氧化氮测定仪检测FeNO水平,采用简易智能状态量表(MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估认知功能。对FeNO水平、PSG指标和MMSE评分、MoCA评分之间的关系进行直线相关分析。结果OSAHS组MMSE评分和MoCA评分均低于对照组,FeNO水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。OSAHS组MMSE评分、MoCA评分与呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHD均呈负相关(r=-0.425,-0.377,P均〈0.05),与最低血氧饱和度(LSpO2)呈正相关(r=0.615,0.432,P均〈0.05)。FeNO水平与AHI呈正相关(r=0.392,P〈0.05),与LSpO2呈负相关(r=-0.428,P〈0.05)。FeNO水平与MMSE评分、MoCA评分呈负相关(r=-0.431,-0.529,P均〈0.05)。结论OSAHS患者的FeNO水平有所升高,认知功能存在一定程度的损害,其FeNO水平与认知功能密切相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between the level of fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) and cognitive function in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods Polysomnography(PSG) was conducted in 33 OSAHS patients (OSAHS group) and 25 healthy controls ( control group ). The level of fractional exhaled nitric oxide ( FeNO ) and congnitive function were measured by nitric oxide measuring instrument, mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and montreal cognitiveassessment(MoCA). Linear correlation analysis was performed on the relationship between FeNO level,PSG indexes and MMSE, MoCA scores. Results MMSE and MoCA scores in OSAHS group were lower than control group, the level of FeNO in OSAHS group was higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P 〈 0.05 ). In OSAHS group, the MMSE and MoCA scores were all negative correlated with apnea hypopnea index (AHI) ( r = - 0. 425, - 0. 377, P 〈 0.05 ), but they were all positive correlated with the lowest pulse oxygen saturation( LSpO2 ) (r = 0. 615,0. 432, P 〈 0.05 ). The level of FeNO was positive correlated with AHI ( r = 0. 392, P 〈 0.05 ), and negative correlated with LSpO2 (r = - 0. 428, P 〈 0. 05 ). The MMSE and MoCA scores were all negative correlated with FeNO (r = -0. 431, -0. 529, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The level of FeNO in patients with OSAHS has increased and the cognitive function gets damaged at a certain degree, and the level of FeNO is closely related to cognitive function.
