摘要
针对自硬呋喃树脂砂生产的薄壁壳体类铸钢件容易热裂的问题 ,着重从自硬呋喃树脂砂的热压强度与铸钢件热裂的关系进行的试验研究表明 ,呋喃树脂砂 70 0℃以上的热压强度实际上高于水玻璃石英砂 ,容易导致铸钢件产生热裂 ;在保证树脂砂砂型具有必要强度的前提下 ,应尽量减少粘结剂的加入量 ,改善再生砂的质量 。
The relationship between the hot-pressing strength of mold and the hot tears of steel casting by no-bake furan resin sand process is studied. It is shown that the hot-pressing strength of this kind of sand mold over 700℃ is more than that of water-glass sand mold and easily causes hot tears in the steel castings. On condition that the necessary strength of resin sand mold is met, to reduce the tendency to hot tears in the steel castings, it is useful to minimize the addition of binder and improve the quality of used sand.
