摘要
分析了制模、组模、浸涂、烘干和造型等工序中导致消失模铸件产生畸变的原因。根据分析结果采取了相应的改进措施。现在已经能稳定地批量生产飞轮壳、下缸体、变速器壳、减速器壳及圆柱齿轮壳等30余个品种的商用车底盘铸件。
Causes resulting in distortion of castings poured by a lost wax moulding technology were analyzed in terms of such sequences as patternmaking, built-up pattern, dip coating, drying and moulding. Based on analysis results, some modifications were done. At present,30 types of commercial car chassis castings or more, including fly housing, bottom cylinder, transmission housing, decelerator housing,cylindrical gear casing, etc, could be stably produced.
