摘要
介绍了高达58m的荆州关公青铜雕像的放样制作和现场安装。关公青铜像定稿模型的放样主要采用先进的手持激光三维扫描仪进行,用高端cNc三轴加工机床按1:1模型进行EPs泡沫加工。在泡沫塑料模表面用石膏细化纹理。每2m一个水平分层,逐层拼装。每两层进行上下定位,开创了大型雕塑放样的新模式。
Using a lofting technology, manufacture of the statue of the Guangong as high as 58 m in bronze in the Jingzhou and its installation in the manufacturing ground were introduced. The defined bronze statue pattern was lofted mainly by a 3-Dimentional laser-seam scanning device. The EPS foam plastic pattern of one to one was machined by the use of a high grade of CNC triaxial machine tool. The surface of foam plastic pattern was refined by gyps. One horizontal lamination was set up every 2 m, and then joggling one lamination by one lamination. The locations were done from top to bottom every two laminations, which initiates a new type of lofting model for large-scale statue.
