Epidemiology and clinical impact of major comorbidities in patients with COPD

摘要 COPD患者常合并共患病，显著影响了患者的生活质量，增加了COPD急性加重频率，降低了患者生存率，影响了患者的预后。故识别COPD的共患病，判断其对患者症状的影响，确定针对COPD和共患病的正确治疗方案及对患者预后的准确预测非常重要。本文概括介绍了目前临床已知的几种常见COPD共患病及其流行病学特点、发病机制、相互作用机制和治疗方案。 Comorbidities are frequent in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and significantly impact on patients＇ quality of life, prognosis, exacerbation frequency and survival. Therefore, it is important to identify the influence of comorbidity on the patientrs symptoms and to determine the correct treatment plan for COPD and comorbidity and to predict the prognosis of the patients. This paper gave an overview of the currently known clinical several common COPD comorbidity and epidemiology, pathogenesis, interaction mechanisms and treatment options.
