摘要
针对高速道岔转换过程中尖轨存在不足位移的现象,提出了尖轨不足位移弹簧分动装置。介绍了该装置的结构组成、工作原理和动作过程,并通过建立计算模型,分析了弹簧分动装置对尖轨施加的作用力与尖轨位移的相互关系。该弹簧分动装置对尖轨的施力方向合理,可同时减小密贴尖轨和斥离尖轨在道岔转换过程中的不足位移。
As far as the problem of scant displacement of switch rail in the course of switching ot high--speed turnout is concerned, a spring transfer drive device for scant displacement of switch rail was proposed. The structure, composition, principle and acting process of the spring transfer drive device are described. By establishing calculation model, the relationship between the force on switch rail from the spring transfer drive device and the displacement of switch rail is analyzed. It has been proved that the direction of the force applied on the switch rail from spring transfer drive device is reasonable and the scant displacement of the closed switch rail and the separated switch rail could be reduced in the course of turnout switching at the same time.
