摘要
地铁信息化正在飞速发展,但地铁员工的素质需求和知识储备已经不能满足日益增长的信息处理和知识掌握的需求,为使地铁人员随时获取知识,开发一个地铁信息化知识管理平台。本平台采用B/S架构,数据挖掘采用了模糊支持向量机算法。实际结果表明,该平台能够极大提升员工知识学习效率。
Information technology for subway has been developing rapidly while the quality re quirement and knowledge reserve of subway staff cannot meet the increasing demand of informa tion processing and knowledge commanding. Therefore, it is required to develop a information knowledge management platform for staff to facilitating them to acquire knowledge. This plat- form adopts the architecture of B/S and fuzzy support vector machine as data mining algorithm. The results show that the platform can greatly enhance the efficiency of knowledge learning.
