摘要
试验以陇中苜蓿为对照,对3个耐盐苜蓿新品系的物候期、株高、茎叶比和产草量等指标进行观测比较,并对其营养成分进行检测分析。结果表明:3号和1号品系生长较快,比对照陇中苜蓿早5~11 d,在无霜期较短的甘肃中部干旱、半干旱地区种植具有明显生长优势;1号品系在现蕾期、开花期和结荚期株高均高于其他苜蓿材料,与当地陇中苜蓿对比具有显著生长优势;1号、2号和3号品系平均比当地陇中苜蓿增产37.6%、29.5%和34.5%,粗蛋白含量分别为18.35%、17.62%和18.09%。综合评价结果,1号苜蓿新品系的品质最好,综合性状突出,产量潜力大,再生性强,适宜在甘肃盐渍土区大面积推广种植。
In this experiment,with Alfalfa of Longzhong as contrast,the indexes of the phenological period,plant height,stem- leaf ratio and yield of grass etc. of three salt- tolerant varieties were observed and compared,and the testing analysis of its nutrients.Result showed that the 1 and 3 strains grow faster,earlier than Alfalfa of Longzhongin the controlled 5- 11 days,the cultivation in the short frost- free period of arid and semi- arid area of central Gansu had the obvious growth advantage;the plant height of the 1strain were higher than other alfalfa in budding stage,flowering and podding stage,compared with the local Alfalfa of Longzhong,it had significant growth advantage;the production of 1,2 and 3 strains than local alfalfa was an average 37.6%,29.5% and 34.5%,crude protein content was 18.35%,17.62% and 18.09% respectively. Comprehensive evaluation results:the 1 strain had the best quality,and the comprehensive character was outstanding,a big potential,strong regeneration,so it was favorable in planting on saline soil in Gansu as large area.
