Chimeric antigen receptor T-Cell （CAR-T） is a new approach for the treatment of malignant neoplasms and even advanced malignancies. CAR-T cell therapy is different from traditional operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and monoclonal antibody drugs. CAR-T cell therapy has showed a significant effect in the treatment of patients with hematologic malignancies. This article reviews the structure of the principles of anti^rnor of CAR-T and its application, challenges and broad prospects in clinic.
