玉屏风颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗对反复呼吸道感染患儿血浆T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

Effect of Yupingfeng granules combined with zinc gluconate on plasma T lymphocyte subsets in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

目的 :探讨玉屏风颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗对反复呼吸道感染患儿血浆T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 :选取我院收治的反复呼吸道感染患儿100例,随机分为对照组50例,观察组50例,对照组给予玉屏风颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加葡萄糖酸酸锌联合治疗,连续治疗6个月,观察比较两组患儿的治疗效果及治疗前后血浆T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+/CD8+、CD8+、CD4+、CD3+的水平,随访18个月,记录治疗及随访期间的反复发病次数、每次患病的时间。结果 :观察组的有效率(96.00%)显著高于对照组(66.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组的T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD3+、CD4+/CD8+的水平与对照组相比明显增高,CD8+明显下降(P<0.05),而观察组发病次数为(2.92±1.14)次/年,较对照组的(6.96±2.34)次/年有显著差异(P<0.01),且每次发病天数为(7.13±1.46)d,短于对照组的(7.83±2.12)d(P<0.05)。结论 :玉屏风颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗能提高反复呼吸道感染患儿的免疫功能,明显减少患儿的发病次数,缩短每次发病的时间,对反复呼吸道感染有良好的疗效。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng granules combined with zinc gluconate on plasma T lymphocyte subsets in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection （RRTI）. Methods： One hundred cases of children in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 50 cases each. The control group was treated with only Yupingfeng granules while the observation group with zinc gluconate plus Yupingfeng granules for 6 months. The treatment effect and the levels of plasma T lymphocyte subsets CD4^＋/CD8^＋, CD8^＋, CD4^＋, CD3^＋ were observed and compared before treatment and after. The number of recurrent disease and the duration of each disease were recorded during the treatment and 18 months of follow-up. Results： The treatment efficiency was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （96% vs 66%） （P〈0.05）. The levels of plasma T lymphocyte subsets CD4^＋, CD3^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in the observation group were significantly increased compared with those in the control group while the CD8^＋ levels were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. There were significant differences in the morbidity between two groups [（2.92 ± 1.14） times/year in the observation group vs （6.96 ± 2.34） times/year in the control group （P 〈0.01）] and the duration of each disease was shorter in the observation group [（7.13±1.46） days] than in the control group [（7.83±2.12） days] （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yupingfeng granules combined with zinc gluconate can improve the immune function of children with RRTI, significantly reduce the morbidity in the children and shorten the duration of each disease with good curative effect.
