阿奇霉素序贯法联合炎琥宁治疗60例小儿支原体肺炎的不良反应分析

Analysis of adverse reactions of azithromycin sequential therapy combined with yanhuning in the treatment of 60 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia

目的:探讨阿奇霉素序贯法联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎的不良反应。方法:选取小儿支原体肺炎120例,根据其治疗方法的不同可分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予阿奇霉素序贯法治疗,观察组在此基础上给予炎琥宁,比较两组临床疗效,分别检测两组肠道菌群失调程度,观察不良反应。结果 :观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组治疗(96.67%vs 76.67%,P<0.05);治疗后3 d,两组肠道菌群失调和不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),停药后症状缓解。结论 :阿奇霉素序贯法联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎较单纯给予阿奇霉素治疗效果更显著,临床上应注意合理用药,减少不良反应发生。

Objective： To analyze the adverse reactions of azithromycin combined with Yanhuning in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods： One hundred and twenty cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into an observation group and a control group with 60 cases each based on different treatment methods. The control group was given azithromycin sequential therapy while the observation group was additionally given Yanhuning. The clinical efficacy was compared. The intestinal flora imbalance in the two groups was detected and the adverse reactions were observed. Results： The effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （96.67% vs 76.67%, P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in intestinal flora imbalance and adverse reactions between the two groups after 3 days treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Azithromycin sequential therapy combined with Yanhuning for the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia can improve the therapeutic effect. Great attention should be paid to rational use of drugs so as to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
