应用改良“Y-V”切口行内眦赘皮矫正术

目的：观察应用改良“Y-V”切口矫正內眦赘皮的疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2015年6月26例应用改良“Y-V”切口矫正中、重度内眦赘皮患者的临床资料。结果术后22例获得随访，除2例术后3周出现一侧轻微的切口瘢痕增生，其余受术者无明显瘢痕增生。术后外观眼裂变长，内眦间距缩短，泪阜大部分显露，随访1-12个月内眦赘皮无复发，患者较为满意。结论应用改良“Y-V”切口矫正內眦赘皮，术后瘢痕不明显，且对内眦赘皮的矫正较完全，术后复发率低，值得推广。

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of modifi ed“Y–V” incision in epicanthus correction technique.Methods Retrospective analysis between January 2014 and June 2014,26 cases had modifi ed“Y–V” notch correction of,the clinical data of patients with medium and severe epicanthus were reviewed.Results 22 cases had postoperative follow-up,except postoperative 3 weeks on one side of the minor incision occurred scar hyperplasia in 2 cases,the rest of the subject had no obvious scar hyperplasia,the postoperative appearance of fission length, angular distance shortened,most of the lacrimal caruncle,followed up for 1-12 month canthus fl abby skin without relapse,patients are satisfi ed. Conclusion To applicate modifi ed“Y–V”incision in correction of epicanthus,postoperative scar is not obvious,and the inner canthus to rectify the fl abby skin is completely,postoperative recurrence rate is low,making it worth promoting.
