IPL治疗酒渣鼻疗效观察

目的：观察强脉冲光子（IPL）治疗酒渣鼻的临床疗效。方法选择2014年6月至2015年6月酒渣鼻患者80例，对照组患者采用口服加外用药物治疗，观察组采用强脉冲光子治疗仪进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的治愈率、显效率和总有效率明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论强脉冲光子治疗酒渣鼻的疗效明显，操作简单，无不良反应，值得在临床广泛应用。

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical curative effect of intense pulse light（IPL）for the treatment of rosacea.Methods 80 patients during June 2014 to June 2015 hospital dermatology clinics were enrolled.The control group were treated by oral and external use medicine, in observation group, intense pulsed light therapy apparatus was used for treatment,to compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Result Observation group was obviously better in the total effective rate and cure rate,showing the effi ciency ofthe control group patients,and P〈0.05 differences statistically signifi cant.Conclusion The curative effect of intense pulsed light treatment of rosacea,simple operation,no adverse reaction,is worth wide application in clinic.
