锁定钢板结合开槽植骨治疗四肢长骨再骨折

目的探讨锁定钢板结合开槽植骨治疗四肢长骨再骨折的效果。方法对10例四肢长骨干骨折内固定物拆除后再骨折患者采用锁定钢板和开槽植骨方法治疗。结果所有患者均获随访，时间6-12个月，骨折均愈合（愈合时间为3-6个月），肢体功能恢复良好，未出现内固定物松动、断裂及感染。结论锁定钢板结合开槽植骨治疗四肢长骨再骨折的临床疗效良好。

Objective To investigate the treatment of locking plates combined with slot bone graft in treatment of extremities long bone refracture. Methods Using locking plate combined with slot bone graft to cure 10 cases of extremities long bone refracture after internal fixation demolition. Results Fractures were healed from 3 to 6 months and all the patients were followed up from 6 to 12 months postoperatively. The limb fimction recovered well and no patient had internal fixation loosening, fracture or infection related to operation. Conclusion Locking plates combined with slot bone graft have a good clinical effect on extremities long bone refracture.
