摘要
液位测量是粉煤加压气化装置自动控制系统的重要组成部分,在对液位计详细分类的基础上,对粉煤加压气化项目中常用的液位计进行了综合对比。详细阐述了液位计的选型步骤,并针对HT-L粉煤加压气化工艺,结合各液位计的测量原理,完成了不同介质的仪表选型,并根据现场实际使用效果,对部分液位计的选型进行了分析与改进。
Level measuring is an important part of automatic control system of coal gasification installation. Level meters commonly used in HT-L coal gasification project currently are comprehensively compared based on detailed classification. Level meters selection procedure is explored in detail. Appropriate level meters for different medias have been selected based on actual process conditions of HT- L coal gasification with combination of each meters' measurement principle. Some selection of level meter have been analyzed and improved according to actual on-site application performance.
